Pricing Policy – Pawlish Pet Spa

At Pawlish Pet Spa, we aim to provide transparent and fair pricing based on your pet’s breed, size, coat condition, and grooming needs. Our rates reflect the quality of care, one-on-one attention, and over 30 years of grooming expertise that we bring to every appointment.

💲 Base Prices

All listed service prices are starting rates and may be adjusted based on:

• Coat type and length

• Matting or tangles

• Behavioural needs or special handling

• Time required beyond standard appointment duration

We’ll always do our best to provide an estimate in advance, and we’ll notify you of any significant changes before proceeding with the groom.

⏳ Matting Fees

Dogs with excessive matting may incur an additional matting fee starting at $10, based on the extra time and tools required. Our priority is to groom safely and humanely — we never de-mat at the expense of your pet’s comfort.

🚫 Missed Appointment / No-Show Policy

We kindly ask for 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. No-shows or last-minute cancellations may be subject to a $25 rebooking fee, as this time was reserved specifically for your pet.

💳 Payments Accepted

We accept cash, e-transfer, and major credit cards. Payment is due at the time of service.
